House Rules
Dog Handling and Behavior
All dogs must be treated with respect at all times. Overloading, abuse, or punishment of dogs will not be tolerated. Any violation of Act XXVIII of 1998 on the Protection and Humane Treatment of Animals will be reported to the competent Hungarian authorities without delay.
Participants must respect the instructions of the organizers and behave appropriately toward other participants and their dogs.
You are responsible for handling and maintaining control of your dog. The use of prong collars and electric collars will not be tolerated throughout the whole area and will result in immediate disqualification from all events. Proper use of choke collars is acceptable outside of the competition itself, but choking the dog will also result in disqualification. The use of retractable leashes is forbidden throughout the whole competition area!
During the competition performances we encourage you to remove all collars, harnesses, etc.
Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times while on the event grounds, except during their competition performances and right before those within the warm-up areas. Reactive dogs should be kept under close control. Dogs that attack or attempt to attack any other dog or human will be immediately disqualified from all events.
Alcohol and Other Substances
The consumption of alcohol or any narcotic or psychotropic substances is strictly prohibited at the event. Anyone found under the influence will be denied entry and participation.
Respect for the Venue
Do not allow your dog to damage the venue, including marking with urine, digging holes, or destroying property. If any damage occurs to the venue, to equipment, or to other participants, the handler is financially responsible and must cover the cost of compensation immediately. Dog waste must be picked up throughout the entire venue and disposed of in the designated bins
