Main Referees

We're honored to welcome some of the most experienced referees in the sport as the main officials of the Dog Puller World Championship 2025. With years of international experience, deep knowledge of the sport, and a true passion for fair play, they bring both professionalism and heart to the field. We couldn't imagine a better team to oversee this year's championship!

Andrea Adlafová 🇨🇿

Andrea has been a Dog Puller referee since 2016. She is the co-founder of the Hradec Králové Dog Puller team in the Czech Republic and an experienced event organizer. Andrea served as head referee at multiple World Championships, and has also refereed internationally in Slovakia, Hungary, Poland, and Portugal. Her fairness, calmness, and steady approach make a real difference on the field.

Erika Rózsa-Atkinson 🇨🇦🇭🇺

Erika has over 40 years of experience working with dogs and has been involved in the Dog Puller sport since its very beginnings. She played a key role in introducing the sport to Canada, Portugal, and Hungary. As an international referee, she trains coaches and fellow referees worldwide. Her dedication, clarity, and deep-rooted passion for the Dog Puller sport make her a true pillar of the community.

Ágnes Zsíros 🇭🇺

Ágnes became a certified Dog Puller referee in 2020, and since then she's been a vital part of Dog Puller competitions in Hungary. She's been a constant presence at nearly every event, bringing her calm, focused energy to the field. Her reliability and sharp eye make her an invaluable member of any referee team. Her steady presence and dedication set a great example for new referees entering the sport.

Mercédesz Fuchsné Semsei 🇭🇺

Mercédesz became a certified Dog Puller referee in 2020 and has since also gained experience in Poland, Slovakia, and Czechia, continuing to grow her role in the referee community. She will officiate the puppy, veteran and old-timer categories, where her calm presence and understanding of the sport make her a perfect fit.

Their support, attention to detail, and commitment to fair play are essential to the smooth running of the Dog Puller World Championship 2025.
