Junior World Championship

All children who meet the age criteria below are welcome to participate in the Junior World Championship. Qualification rules may exist for your country, please check with your head of federation.

Children will participate in the following two groups:

• Small kids: from kindergarten to elementary grade 3 in the 2025/26 school year
• Big kids: from elementary grade 4 to 7 in the 2025/26 school year

Children will only participate in the running discipline, on the 5-meter micro field, in 60-second performances.

Rules are identical to the official running discipline, with one exception: dogs may leave the start zone in any direction, and they may arrive back from any direction. In addition to this, in the "small kids" group, picking up a motionless puller from the catching zone and bringing it back properly to the start zone also scores a point.
